ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE) -- April 23, 2015 -- President and Chief Executive Officer Eric H. Brunngraber has been elected chairman of the board of Cass Information Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CASS), the nation’s leading provider of transportation, energy, telecom and environmental invoice payment and information services. Brunngraber succeeds Lawrence A. Collett as chairman and becomes only the 5th person in the 109-year history of Cass to hold the title.
Brunngraber, 58, joined Cass in 1979 and has served in multiple executive capacities of increasing responsibility in the ensuing 36 years.
Collett, 72, will continue his 52 years of service to Cass as lead director of the board. He joined the company in 1963 and had been its chairman since 1992
