Cass Information Systems continues to monitor the status of the COVID-19 situation, checking throughout each day for updated statistics, recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), decisions from our national, regional, and local governments, and courses of action being taken by our fellow financial institutions. We want to assure you that Cass remains a financially strong service provider with the resources necessary to weather this storm and support all our valued clients. We remain committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for our employees, clients and partners while continuing to deliver best-in-class services.
To that end, and in agreement with our federally mandated Pandemic Plan and our Business Continuity Plan, Cass has enacted its remote workforce program. Most of our employees around the globe are now working and conducting business remotely. Only employees necessary to oversee certain business coordination activities or conduct essential services where their physical presence is required remain in our offices. In the past few years, we have invested in technology initiatives that enable our employees to operate remotely with full system access along with unified voice and electronic communications capabilities. We have also placed business travel restrictions on all Cass teams and implemented a no visitor policy in each our offices.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our COVID-19 response or the impact to any services you receive from Cass, please reach out to your regular Cass contacts. We thank you for your continued business and we pledge our continued and uninterrupted support to you, your teams and your business. We will continue to update you as new developments occur.
Thank you,
Eric Brunngraber
