To manage mobile change, employees can log into the customized Cass portal to view your online catalog, information about device and services, and place orders for equipment or service changes. Workflows route requests that need authorization to the appropriate authorizer based on your business rules. The portal is user-friendly, putting control in the employees’ hands.

To ensure contract enforcement and adherence to other business rules, the Cass telecom provisioning system provides drop-down menus with company-approved plans, devices, services and accessories. When a service order is complete, notification is automatically sent to the appropriate carrier contact.

How Inventory Stays Accurate

Changes managed through the telecom provisioning module update the inventory database, so inventory management occurs systematically. During the process of completing “Add” orders, the Cass application sets up allocation rules to map new accounts and approves the items in the inventory database. To complete “Move” and “Change” service orders, the Cass system changes the geographic location of the item and the item’s status, if appropriate. To complete “Disconnect” orders, Cass changes the inventory database status from “connected” to “disconnected.” And with the move-add-change process integrated with the same systems that audits invoices, you can be sure that invoices will be paid according to the services you actually have in use, and for exactly for when you had them.
